Darrow’s manufacturing facilities and offices are located under one roof, effectively integrating our estimating, drafting, and design engineering capabilities. You won’t ever need to call another contractor for additional services, such as electrical or plumbing. When needed, we employ trusted subcontractors who we know will produce exceptional work. In 20,000 square feet of self-contained space, we are able to diagnose, plan, and engineer everything entirely in-house.

At Darrow, we foster a collaborative and resilient workplace environment where individuals are empowered to excel at their craft. Our staff includes 3rd and 4th generation workers, and some have even been working and growing with us for 50 years.
We make industry knowledge a priority by always encouraging and supporting all employees in their endeavors to enhance and improve their skills. As a dual-union shop, every technician, installer, and project manager receives training through the Sheet Metal Workers’ Local 105 or Pipefitters Local 250 Union. In a grueling process, technicians develop their skill set during a 5-year apprenticeship program to become journeymen.
Darrow technicians are more than just educated and qualified workers; they are skilled craftsmen who are passionate and take pride in their work. Many choose to further their education of their own volition, through week-long workshops, night courses, and online webinars. They also attend courses offered by vendors and manufacturers to stay up-to-date with new technologies, such as energy-saving enhancements.
All our technicians undergo OSHA-mandated safety training and abide by current
COVID-19 regulations and guidelines.
